Code of Conduct

Effective date: January 1, 2026

Women AI Labs is dedicated to providing a welcoming, inclusive, and harassment-free experience for everyone — including attendees, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and staff.

Our Pledge

We pledge to make participation in our community a harassment-free experience regardless of age, body size, disability, ethnicity, gender identity, level of experience, nationality, race, religion, or sexual identity and orientation.

Expected Behaviors

  • Using welcoming and inclusive language
  • Being respectful of differing viewpoints and experiences
  • Gracefully accepting constructive criticism
  • Showing empathy towards community members

Unacceptable Behaviors

  • Sexualized language or imagery and unwelcome sexual attention
  • Trolling, insulting comments, and personal attacks
  • Public or private harassment
  • Publishing others' private information without permission

Enforcement

Report violations to conduct@womenailabs.org. All complaints will be reviewed promptly and fairly.

Scope

This Code of Conduct applies in all community spaces — events, online forums, social media, and official communications.
